Make libe use the ipc_handlers backend (womeone might need to correct my autofoo)
what should we do for the (pretty custom) libe RESPONSEs? should they go into the handlers too?

cpufreq module - cleaned up a bit, some fearyes i removed (not well done

enough) it only supports userspace and ondemand right now. it doesnt SET them
until u hit the toggle. it needs to support powersave and performance - theme
has no way to indicate this. that's the problem.

change versions. some went DOWN - because they arent releases and i'm trying

to remove the _pre ascii from the version. i added a .001 (a release number)
so we can automatically or easiyl generate releases... sorry guys. but it's
kind of "for the good of the code". :)

Added libe check E.h for its functionality, currently you can make a nice front end for loading/enabling libs or setting the background
...
Need to add Ecore_Event or similar for callbacks fo things like module_list or background_get etc

a temperature monitor module for acpi... it's simple... and really only

handles 1 temperature guage - but it's useful. fixed stuff in battery
modules, added config menus... ibar size change menu only works after a
restart for now.. need to fix that.

Yoink! Say goodbye to GETTEXT in E. Support issues with GT have been tedious and the codebase will be trashed in a month or two anyway, so for all parties concerned there is no reason to keep it. I'm leaving some of the supplimentary files in the repo just incase we descide to do an about-face.

scritp again (pass in a directory path to set up.. i'd suggest
mkdir ~/.e
