major cleanup of path creation to $DATADIR and $HOME/.e/e

This cleanup replaces snprintf() usage with specific calls, they have
the benefit of being cleaner (so easier to grep), typing less and also
marginal speed up compared to the other (specially concat_static),
although those are rarely used in critical paths.
I'm testing it for some time and seems to not break anything, but let
me know of any problem. If you can review the patch and try to spot
incorrect names, please do.

You will probably loose desktop icons until you get a fresh profile. Or you can edit the
.desktop files in .e/e/fileman/favorites (new icons name are: user-desktop, user-home, computer and user-temp)

As it looks for icons in e theme AND in fdo icon themes.
* Use the new function everywere instead of e_util_menu_item_edje_icon_set,
that is now marked as DEPRECATED
You should not see any difference with this commit. With the next few commit I'm
going to rename all the icons in the theme following fdo standard. I will not change
any icons, just rename them to match fdo ones.

Icon work. HUGE revision of icons and their names. This breaks the icon theme API so you might need to revise some themes. It does however, simplify a whole lot of stuff. You'll notice a lot more icons in menus. This bigger changes will come with the new theme once it is done. The missing icon names are put in b_and_w theme for now so if you need them, look them up. Also a bit of base work for EFM and the border icons in there. Commented out till the old icons are merged in. Message me if anything is screwed up.

Textblock in. Revised the use of textblock tags and fixed up all the modules to use it more correctly. This style may need to be repeated across all the E-MODULES-EXTRA modules for unification of styles. The altered .desktop files still look perfectly fine on BlingBling and a few other themes Ive tested it with. The textblock style itself could probably do with a little tweaking.

We need id's for gadgets which are independent of shelves, so if we move

a gadget from one shelf to another it will keep the same config. Since the
id is mainly for the module to find the appropriate config for a gadget,
the module is now responsible for creating id's for gadgets config. One
problem is that we no longer can trust the id of a gadget, so we need to
store a reference between a gadget and its config after startup. No big
deal.

during startup ibar keeps re-filling all icons in a tight loop (though still

looping ecore) because efreet's idler keeps scanning icons and issuing change
events for everything. this slows things down a lot and causes ibar to be
inactive for a few seconds because icons are being deleted and re-created. i
have "paused" e_order updates until the first list change - that means the
idle scan cache fetch is over and operation is "normal" again - issue a big
change then anyway and so be up to date, but only on scan completion.

Almost every signal and required part name has changed. This means that ALL themes other than the default one are now broken. Sorry, but this had to happen.
I have a list of mappings from old to new at http://rephorm.com/files/dump/e_theme_map.txt
There will probably be a little more cleanup on this in the coming days. Then I'll write it all up in a nice theme spec.

dialog api's - added name and class params so u can set the name and class -
so users can later use things like rememebr to rememebr where a dialog will
go for usability and convenience.

As per HandyAndE request, this patch gives ability for modules config

dialogs to show their icon in their config dialog by passing in the
module_eap path to the config_dialog_new function as the icon parameter ie:
e_config_dialog_new(con, module_name, eap_path, 0, v, data);

nice little overhaul of module related stuff. moduels now finally RELY on

module.eap files being installed - and using the e_apps api to load them and
ask for a name. Also icon is expected to be in this file too and i have
removed the info func call from modules as well as config_menu, module menus,
and other cruft in moduel structs. this also means revving the module api
version and saving users from a "if i recompile it will work" thing. :)
moduels need serious updates, not just a recompile for this. your modules
WILL break.

- Remove the Cfg_File struct as it's not being used.
- Don't need to call _fill_data for every create_widgets. It's called when
we create data the first time. This fixes 'setting an option in basic and
clicking advanced would revert the value back' problem

This is the patch he posted to the mailing list two days ago. Committed
after much testing and some discussion with variosu parties. In
particular, it got a thourough thrashing while we tracked down the
follower confusion bug, as that required constant config changes using
the new dialog.

I have cleaned up app instance trackign a little. it's a bit complex really,

but works better now, and e now falls back to lookign for startup info and
app instances etc. to try find an icon, and finally uses the icon provided by
the app itself (netwm icon only) :)
