remove azy code and build/configure checks. after zmike made it plain

azy will never become part of efl, and things like being able to do
http get/posts etc. should be part of efl itself as a core feature,
then we forever will have to choose ecore_con_url or some efl
mechanism OR azy.. or go implement both always, and implementing both
is just stupid. imlementing azy only means we add more dependencies
outside of efl and we repeat the mistakes of the past with the split
tree, or we implement the efl method only (ecore-con-url), so i'm
choosing the one with the least dependencies. call me if this position
on azy outside of efl changes.

Skip refresh rate checks during resize.

Some people have reported that resizing is difficult, or that they
could not get to the max resolution of their monitor(s). Skipping the
refresh rate check during resolution finding fixes that ... With a big
fat Gotcha !!! because now after changing resolutions, the refresh
rate May not match what was previously selected....
So, as a word of CAUTION: After you set a resolution you should now
Verify your Refresh Rate before Applying, else you may be getting an
undesirable rate :/

giant comp rejiggering commit #2 : popups are now objects drawn directly onto the compositor canvas with no xwindows of their own

* added a number of new e_comp functions and macros
* options for disabling effects on objects: this option does not currently have any effect
* all modules which used gadcon popups have been adjusted
* all modules which used input windows to detect close events for gadcon popups have been adjusted to use new popup autoclose functionality
* shelves are now always drawn on the compositor canvas, meaning objects will never get clipped by the shelf (ticket #1810 )
* shelves no longer have an event object

patch from Deon Thomas: this patch fix the bug with if you have multiple windows opened and you are Alt+Tabbing suppose the mouse is already over the window that e_border_focused_get (the last focused border) we go to the next one. currently it centres the mouse on the same focused window then if you do alt+tab it will go to the next.

* add names to all zone/container/comp objects to make debugging much easier

Fix some comments.
When the monitor object gets moved, update the position text.
NB: Hopefully this helps a little for people having monitor "black
out" issues after moving things around. At least now you can See what
the position will be.

No need to convert frame geometry to virtual...we can just compare

actual canvas geometry when doing collision detection.
Port the previous "JackDanielz" fix (using frame geometry vs using
object geometry) to the actual move function also.

When moving monitors around, use the geometry of the monitor frame to

determine collision/intersection for cloning reasons (needed due to
monitor object itself having some padding around the frame which was
causing erroneous intersection calculations).

Pass the new orientation to map remove so we can resize the frame

When we start a rotate event, record the starting rotation.
When we stop rotating, mung in the starting rotation value.
Just fetch geometry once when we stop rotating.
Update the current orientation After we are done removing the map (on
rotate stop).
