Webpage language cleanup, ispell run, removed unnecessary bla bla from

the module descriptions, threw out the embarrassing Imlib2 page (I got
a number of emails from people telling me it's broken -- I had to tell
them "no, that *is* what it looks like).
I'd really appreciate it if the people who contribute text could also
syntax-check their pages. I'm tired of cleaning these pages up.

Changed the 'inherit' values of various background-color and color properties

to 'transparent'. If Netscape 4 still screws up the display, I'm sorry.
(Hendryx, install a decent bloody browser.) Someone else can comment out all
the lines with the 'transparent' value if needs be. I'm going to bed.

Added Enlightenment banner on "E website blue" field. Just a quick jobbie

in GraphicConverter, based on cK's "enlightenment.gif" as used on the E
website at the moment. Cleaned up the artifacts on some of the lettering.
Will probably continue and make some nicer banners in time, e.g. based
on this PNG version but extend to 600x80 with gradient to white or to
transparency on the right-hand side. Couldn't work out how to do it in
GraphicConverter so will have to get X working again to run GIMP. ;P
Updated the 'logos' page with a link to this banner.

In accordance to SourceForge policy, link to the logo on their website so
they can log referrals etc. While this is arguably not earth-shatteringly
important, they ask us to do it and I'm an obliging type.

actually link to it from anywhere, so it's not likely that people will
stumble upon this by accident, but you never know. =)
Also having direct access to a test area is nice, allowing us to sandbox
proposed website changes without having to wreak havoc all over the main
server ...

I thought I'd give the website an overhaul. Weren't there any plans for
cleaning up the directory structure etc?
Anyway, I brought more information into the top pages by adding
sublevel links on the panel on the left. Hope that's cool, I like it
a lot better.
