Copyright updates. More enlightenment->e16.
Simplify building non-final releases.
Fix pointer focus on virtual roots.
Fix type (may have caused trouble with focus list settings).
Avoid confusion with edb. Fix null string item problem.
Fix some remembered settings bugs.
Fix various opacity setting bugs.
Fix keygrabs handling (e.g. focus list staying up).

Carsten Haitzler 4b3a8cea4c adding backup facilites so themes can graduate to the new naming structure i'm 
about to impose... yes you'll have to renaim stuff in yoru themes (like
imageclasses etc.) - and also restructure your dir struct in your themes.
this is all intended for cleanliness in future and i'm jst putting in
backup stuff so if you dont defint ceratin key imageclasses etc they are
read in from system configs if your theme is "inadequate"
