Initial C++ wrapper for Edje_Edit. The idea is to have more object hierarchie as the plain C interface for easier usage. Maybe this comes with the cost of some extra objects. But for a edit component I think this is no problem. I even think about moving the Edit stuff into a new library so that the target runtime stuff is lightweight. But this could be done later...

Ok, after those commits the C++ bindings should be compilable and the
