I. Simplification, andif we cannot stat(), the best
thing to do is toswitch to a copy-delete operation.

III. There is a problem with _e_fm_op_random_char().
When wewant to randomize a string we do srand(time())
foreachcharacter, so if the file is small enough
to be deleted inless than a second, it's not randomized.
And even if it's bigger, it's not goodly randomized.Sorry.

for all static icon on screen. But for the few of them that

e: add a tool to gather statistic.

NOTE: The goal of this tool is to gather statistic about
our user base so we could know what to improve and optimize
in the futur. We don't gather personnal information only
hardware and software configuration, so we know more about
the real use of Enlightenment.
At the moment this tool is not uploading anything on a website
nor is it ready at all. I am just pushing it early so that
people using other OS than Linux, can contribute to it. If that
tool is ready for the release, we will use the gathered statistic
for all our futur plan. If your OS is not in, we will basically
not see it and so not take it into account. That's why I highly
encourage those using E on other OS to contribute to this tool.

NB: Be careful ... this will actually apply any changes now. Tested
here and appears to work ok, but YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! If you apply
something and it turns your monitor into a paperweight, don't cry to me.

No need to drop duplicate resolutions anymore, in fact we should list
them due to different refresh rates.
Add functions to smart monitor object for getting position,
orientation, and mode info.
When searching for a resolution within snapping fuzziness, also try to
find one which matches the current refresh rate.

Make config dialog listen on "changed" signal from RandR smart object

to enable Apply button.
NB: Cannot use basic->check_changed here as the Monitor smart objects
do the changing, but the Randr smart object never does. Since
"check_changed" only listens on the main dialog widget (randr smart
object in this case), then the "check_changed" of dialog_view would
not work in this case.
