While the old file is still around it is no longer listed in SOURCES and
thus not packaged up in the tarball which leads to a fail on jenkins.

first place anyway. shoudl replace the entire dialgo one at a time by
an elm version not try and stuff elm widgets into where e widgets used
to be. this doesnt improve e's config dialogs, just makes them buggy
as all hell in the name of a move to elm.

i10n: Fix copy and paste bug in error translation. We fail SVG here not PNG.

This was really confusing. I always wondered why a message showed up in my E
startup that it was not able to load PNG files. It clearly could do so. Even
more confusing was that E did not shutdown immediately when detecting the
PNG problem. Turns out that that it was simply a wrong translation. SVG failed.
