lucas... u're going to hate me... but i'm reverting this whole lot of
...
module build chnages because its fundamentally broken. it DOES NOT
PRODUCE .SO FILES. just .la and .a files. the only reason u dont
notice is.. you ALREADY had .so's installed. i just got in from the
airport... synced and updated.. rebuilt and was met with all modules
not loading... literally - no .so's are installed int he module dirs.
try rm -rf the instaleld module tree.
regardless... this has to be reverted be3cause it's a major break. the
idea is right/nice. the implementation is causing... problems.

added two new configuration options for the geometry_manipulation conf plugin:

int geometry_auto_resize_limit; // GUI
This does influence the configure_request algorithm in the way that the user could disable the window
geometry move and resize feature that is useful for e.g. Gnome fileselector or gnome-terminal tabs.
There was a use case on the list where this was not nice so I created an option to disable it. If one thinks
a special e.src shouldn't activate this feature by default, please change it.

- remove 'maximize expand' option from config gui. this is the same as 'maximize smart'
- dont restirct iconify of fullscreen borders. this is policy that can be (and is)

Opened up some more possibilities for window maipulation icons. In go the new Application icons. The application icon is now used for shellscripts in efm. Restructured the icon names so theyre all in the 1 place in file managers and in the .edc file.

This splits the old "window manipulation" into "maximize policy",
"geometry", "stacking" and adds a new feature to configure keyboard
move/resize.

Textblock in. Revised the use of textblock tags and fixed up all the modules to use it more correctly. This style may need to be repeated across all the E-MODULES-EXTRA modules for unification of styles. The altered .desktop files still look perfectly fine on BlingBling and a few other themes Ive tested it with. The textblock style itself could probably do with a little tweaking.
