Carsten Haitzler 4ed2e01591 remove xcb support in ecore_x and evas engines as per mailing list 
as per mailing list discussion about dropping xcb support now. it
hasn't been complete for a long time, thus not recommented for being
turned on. as we are moving to a wayland world xcbmakes even less
sense. as agreed, time to clean up a bit and remove a distraction as
well as not well tested code. this also updates po's too.

Jean-Philippe Andre 80da5099c1 Elm: Don't install box, table and grid eo files 
Box, Table and Grid now belong to legacy land.
Their Evas counterparts are already not installed anymore,
and Efl.Ui.Box and Efl.Ui.Grid are here to replace those
widgets (note: code was initially copy & pasted).

This should fix installed EO files consistency.

maxerba 1700e62c16 Fix Makevars and update all pos' 
In the elementary tree all translatable messages are enclosed in a E_() macro, and since this macro was undefined in Makevars all massages was not included in catalog.
If some coder think that the E domain is useless, or deprecated or whatever, please remove it and update all source files accordingly.

Cedric BAIL af3a3c97d9 elementary: integrate translation inside Efl translation. 
Please spend time looking at those as I had to do few stuff
manually and I may have borked some of them.

Side note question, why do we have ko.po and ko_KR.po ?

Stefan Schmidt f57626bd19 po: Set initial language value in po file where it is missing 
Some file have it and some not. My hopes are that this will fix the
build problems on jenkins.

Massimo Maiurana f345801205 since the po files here was obtained merging original files from ecore and efreet I think that headers should contain authors from both files, and so I did it. I've also replaced any reference to efreet in headers with efl. finally, there also is an update for the spanish translation

Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri 2b29626d8d efl: fix make dist. 
Carefully compared 'svn export' and 'make dist' results and couple of
files were missing.

Changes:

 * Makefile.am: removed all .pc from EXTRA_DIST, we shouldn't
   distribute them here as they will contain ./configure data such as
   install location.
 * src/Makefile.am: moved all if-endif to files, otherwise EXTRA_DIST
   won't work properly. We must EXTRA_DIST outside of the if-endif
   block.
 * static_libs/liblinebreak: removed couple of unused files.
